Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation General Bureau Mudanjiang Branch Bureau lies in the southeast of Heilongjiang, it nears Wanda Mountain in the north, starts from Wusuli River and Song'acha River in the east, reaches Khanka Lake and Bailing River in the south, on the opposite is Russia.
